About...
Hello, and welcome to "Pozor schod".
First of all I want to share a little bit about myself. I am Kevin Dorekens, I am a 24 year old Belgian from Antwerp. I have just spent the last four years in a wonderful international youth organisation called AIESEC. However, except for family holidays, visits to conferences and friends abroad, I have spent my whole life in Belgium. Now, I have decided to take the chance to go on an AIESEC internship to Czech Republic.
This brings me to the title of this blog. "Pozor schod" is Czech for "Mind the step". I have remembered this phrase from an earlier visit to Prague. Now this wonderful city will be my new home, starting on 11th of August, which is a pretty important step for me personally. I have decided to share my experience and use this blog as a way to keep in touch with friends and family.
